KKT LLC mission is to provide the highest level of patient care. We understand, acknowledge and respect any individual’s right to privacy and the concerns one may have in regard to privacy and security. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided by our patients in our medical centers as well as general users of our website.

Privacy Policy Changes:

KKT LLC has the right to change or update this website privacy policy from time to time without notice, so please review it periodically to keep informed of any changes.

Information we Collect:

We respect the right to privacy of all visitors to the KKT Orthopedic Spine Center sites and medical centers in Sultanate of Oman. We receive and store information you enter in our sites or give us in any other way, such as name, email address and phone number. This includes information you submit on forms, such as appointment request forms. Some forms collect sensitive information, such as health information, necessary for us to provide our services to you.

Information we Collect Automatically: 

When you interact with our sites, certain information about your use of our sites is automatically collected. In some case you may be requested to provide health information such as: type of pain, attaching reports or Xray.

If you submit to our website any personal/health information relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By submitting personal/health information, you grant Future Medical Center Ltd the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store and use your information in connection with the operation of the website.

  • Non- Personal Information

KKT LLC collects non-personal information such as website usage, traffic patterns, site performance and related statistics based on our tracking of your visits to the website.

  • Personal Information

A visitor can access and browse our entire site at any time without providing any personal information. We do not collect information that would personally identify you unless you choose to provide it.

In addition, KKT LLC does not share any personally identifiable information of any individual with any third party unrelated to Future Medical Center ltd. , except in situations where we must provide information for legal purposes or investigations, or if so directed by the patient through a proper authorization.

KKT LLC may share the information with the other KKT centers worldwide and third parties to provide the patient with better service or analyses his condition

Information you provide directly to us. For certain Services or activities, such as when you register with a service or contact us directly, we may collect some or all of the following types of information:

  • Contact information, such as your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and address.
  • Medical information, including information about your diagnosis, previous treatments, medications, family history general health (could be with some attachments of X rays or Medical Reports), and any other information you provide to us.

We may disclose your health information to doctors, nurses, technicians, medical or nursing students, or other persons at KKT LLC who need the information to take care of you. Third Party:

Medical Research.

Our clinical researchers may look at your health records as part of your current care, or to prepare or perform research. They may share your health information with other KKT researchers. All patient research conducted at KKT goes through a special process required by law that reviews protections for patients involved in research, including privacy. We will not use your health information or disclose it outside KKT for research reasons without either getting your prior written approval or determining that your privacy is protected.

Occasionally we may request feedback on this website and in our medical centers to better understand how we can improve what information we present and how we present it in the website and the medical centers. These surveys do not ask questions that could personally identify you. We may ask for contact information to follow-up, but you can decline to provide that information. Information that you provide in a survey may be shared with employees or third parties to aggregate the data.

 

Forms

Our website contains forms through which users may request information or supply feedback to us. In some cases, telephone numbers, email addresses or return addresses are required so that we can supply requested information to you, and in other cases, correct names and addresses.

After you fill out a form, we/one of our third-party partners may contact you with follow-up information. We do not provide any information supplied on our web forms to any outside organization for any reason (other than where we may be required to by law). We do not save this personal information for any other reason.

 

Access to Patient Information and Correction:

The following will apply with regard to accessing personal and private medical information by an individual:

  • An individual has the right to request access their own personal information and request a copy or part of the whole record;
  • The patient has the right to request the medical report from KKT to be used for other purposes.
  • Whilst the individual is not required to give a reason for obtaining the information, a patient may be asked to clarify the scope of the request;
  • In some instances the request to obtain information may be denied, in these instances the patient will be advised;
  • The practice will take reasonable steps to correct personal information where it is satisfied they are not accurate or up to date. From time to time the practice will ask patients to verify the personal information held by the practice is correct and up to date.
  • Patients may also request the Practice corrects or updates their information and patients should such requests in writing.
  • Upon request by the patient, the information held by this clinic will be made available to another health provider.

You have the right to view your personal data that we collected. In addition, you have the right to ask for correction of your data.
